Psychometric Tests and one to one counselling

Psychometric test will help mapping the personality and assess career suitability for a student. A 16- PF(Personality Factors) test will be conducted for 1st and 2nd year MBA students. For 1st year students, it will help them in choosing their specialization. For 2nd year students, a Job Readiness Report will be provided to them.
One to one counseling session conducted by our experts based on Career Fitment Report to help students enter the right sector/industry. 30-40 minutes session per candidate where in experts discuss strengths and areas of self development with the candidates vis-à-vis specialization. Probing is done through relevant questions put across to the candidates to fill in the gaps not cleared by the career fitment report.

Aptitude tests
